Commission for Social Care Inspection
The services provided by SHAD are regulated by the Commission for
Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
The CSCI aims to:
- Put the people who use social care first
- Improve services and stamp out bad practice
- Be an expert voice on social care
- Practice what it preaches in its own organisation
In order to provide services organisations such as SHAD are
subject to periodic inspection and review in order to ensure they
meet the requirements of the Domiciliary Care Agencies
Regulations 2002 and the associated National Minimum Standards.
SHAD has undergone inspection by the CSCI on the following dates:
