SHAD is one of

It is SHAD's belief that

available to the able-bodied. When SHAD began its work
it started a care revolution - various independent living service
providers in the United Kingdom now use
SHAD's model.
SHAD recruits volunteers
from all over the world to facilitate people with disabilities. SHAD
also aspires to offer work experience and employment preparation opportunities
to people with disabilities. SHAD aims to expand its know-how and
its user-led commitment to enable people with disabilities to make
the right choice for themselves.
